Reload button on "Update available" Banner does not work on iOS

Describe the bug

Only after clearing the cache and restarting safari the new version was downloaded.

Expected behavior

Tap on button should clear cache and download new version.

Environment

• web-client version: 3.2.11
• client os: iOS iPhone
• browser: Safari

The issue can sometimes be reproduced, when the app is loaded by entering the url in the location bar. In this case the activated event is not fired.

Although clearing the cache manually was never necessary, as the new version can be loaded with the browsers reload button.
