Flutter plugins aren't supported?

I used various flutter plugins, flutter_live, video_stream, rtmp_publisher. Nearly all of them start pushing frames to the server, I can see logs from the phone and also verbose mode on the server outputs expected logs. Except when I try to open http://localhost:7002/live/{roomname}.m3u8 I can only see text "no publisher" in the browser. Upon streaming with OBS with exact same room name suddenly everything works.
