Wrong line endings on Windows in create_measurements* (CRLF not LF) #380

All the create_measurements methods I have tried will create the files with CRLF not LF as required by most implementations. It would be nice if the generators were cross-platform. If I haven't done anything wrong. @gunnarmorling

The official one should get it right, see here. But indeed I see some of the others (which I haven't used myself yet) don't. PR welcome for fixing it 🙏 .
