Document Garlic public API

Found the first line about the documentation at http://garlicjs.org/#documentation

Would be great to have a table in the README with an explanation about the entire public API of the library. Personally I really like how Dropzone handles this: http://www.dropzonejs.com/#configuration-options

Would also be great if the code snippets could be added to the examples, so devs could easily see how to use the showcased behaviour.
