- The HPE-written source will be released under the license and copyright described in this OSSReview Request.
The following HPE copyright notice will be included in the comments of each HPE-written source file that is released:
Copyright [year] Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP.
- Each released source file will contain a statement declaring the license of the source file. The entire project will include the open source license text. We see that you have chosen the Apache 2.0 License which is fine.
- Contributions from independent, non-HPE developers will clearly indicate that the developer is making the code available under the open source license - it looks like you have chosen the DCO route which is just fine.
- Please review our revamped GitHub Guidelines(link is available internal hpe) - while you already have several of the standard files you may want to consider some of the ones provided in this guide.
- Additionally, please consider some of the screenshots based on metrics obtained from GitHub - there may be opportunities to improve the OpenSSF score as well as improve the graphic on the PR activity. The repo analysis I conducted was not able to find the Code of Conduct or the Contributor Guidelines. I'm not sure why except that, perhaps, they seem a bit buried in the URL (e.g., https://github.com/grommet/grommet/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md). Bringing them up a bit may help with that detection.
