To improve the clarity of the hpe-design-system repository, use clearer directory names:

aries-core --> library
aries-site --> site

To do:

Rename directories
Update package.json description for "library" to something accruate
Update README to reflect changes
Update next.config.js transpile modules, package.json in "site", and any imports of arise-core to reference "library"
Update code links that were referencing aries-site

Deliverable:

PR with the above changes made
