Import error

An error occurred when I tried to import Excel.
This reading did not go well and only one table called GRISTHIDDEN_IMPORT was created.
I was told it would be appropriate to ask here.
Is there any better way?

It looks like at some point during import, Grist ran out of available memory. The Excel file looks fairly large (103 columns, 112,000 rows) - is that right? How much memory does your system have?
