When I open the app, I see this now:

Anyone know if a fix? Thank you to all that work on this app. It is amazing!

Not a fix but a workaround.

If you press and hold ctrl, then right-click on the app and select 'open' you should receive a similar screen, but with the addition of an 'Open' button. If you select the 'Open' button it bypasses this check and allows the app to open. You should only need to do this once.

Good luck!

Note that this doesn't guarantee that the app will work fully with Big Sur - just that it will bypass the check. There may still be oddnesses beyond that check. Make sure you're working on backed-up files until you feel comfortable (given that there hasn't been an official release for Big Sur)

I am using 1.0-beta-116 on Big Sur with the M1 chip and MetaZ seems to be working just fine. I have used on a few files each week to add them to my media library. It is - of course - using Rosetta2 as it is still a X86 build.
