[BUG] Doesn't escape single quote in string property when creating vertex #151

As titled, if a string property contains a single quote, the query parser will think it should include a closed bracket afterwards, e.g.

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta
{ error: Error: startup failed:
Script112.groovy: 1: expecting ')', found 's' @ line 1, column 45.
