Description

Add a meaningful "deployment_id" or other indicator for the graph-node internal substream.

The substreams-head-tracker https://github.com/graphprotocol/graph-node/tree/master/substreams/substreams-head-tracker uses an internal spkg. When connecting to substreams provider, there is no clear indication of what this is.

It would make it clearer for debugging to set deployment_id to substreams-head-tracker or something similar.
