How do I actively free memory

这个包我成功连接了我的telegram账户，但是我的服务器内存太小了，只有1G，我设置了4G的swap文件，但是貌似并没有被使用，
不过作为一个没有图形界面的聊天接收器，用nodejs需要用到1G以上的内存是不正常的， 我想知道我是否可以主动释放内存或者将那些历史消息从内存中清理出去，防止我的程序出现内存溢出

I successfully connected my telegram account with this package, but my server memory was too small, only 1G, I set up 4G swap file, but it seems not used, but as a chat receiver without graphical interface, it is not normal to use more than 1G memory with nodejs.
