Feature request: Ability to measure traffic

I noticed sudden unusual spike in data transfer in some cases, which happens repeatedly
I don't know the reason why its happening
I have a program which uses this library and run some activity on multiple telegram accounts
If we could get an option to check the traffic stats for each action it would help us identify what action consumes how much data
