On openshift if the UWM is enabled the monitor tab can be configured to query metrics from https://thanos-querier.openshift-monitoring.svc.cluster.local:9091

The setting of the value can be automated in the defaulting webhook.

The operator could check if the UWM is enabled of if the thanos querier service is present.
