By accessing old files in the SD card I want to compare the change in soil moisture over time by the present data; this is in order to check if one of the plants is threatened or a threat to other plants (if possibility of disease or parasite ...)

Did you get it done Gromto? It would be interesting to chart the correlation btwn moon cycles and plant absorption.
