Context menu in mobile web UI when reading Epub file. Even better if the reader has built in pop up dictionary. #1435

Describe your suggested feature

In pc web reader, highlight and right click will show context menu. It is really useful for dictionary and translation

But in mobile web reader, highlighting text does not make the context menu appear

the built in dictionary should work like google play book reader.
