msgMaxSize to be supported in SNMP v3 bulkwalk requests

Hi all

according to RFC 3412
https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc3412#section-6.3
SNMP v3 supports setting msgMaxSize in bulkwalk requests, which will tell the agent to limit the packet size.

Net-SNMP supporting that by --sendMessageMaxSize=500

Any chance to support the same in gosnmp?
(Similar to "maxRepetitions" ?)
