v2: Feature: utility to catch and convert OpenTelemetry context to osprofiler

Perhaps that more a feature to utils package, but it's naturally takes one more advantage of the migration to context-aware calls: that may make trace span handling easier.

for example now I have full OTEL spans up to HTTP client call thanks to a otel's RoundTripper (and some tricks around ServiceClient/ProviderClient). But it'll be nice to extend that tree with osprofiler part. Anyway it also can use OTLP now.
