No such module

Added via SPM. Can't add it on a second target. First target is fine, added via SPM manager. When I try to add it to a second target via Frameworks, Libraries and embedded content it just won't show up in the dialog list. Tried resetting cache and everything i could think of. The lib just won't show up. Tried deleting the package and adding it to the second target first, worked fine but again I couldn't add it in the first target
