Restrict testcase size

Is there a way to restrict testcase sizes?

My parser crashes on very big inputs.

A common way is having a guard in the harness itself, e.g.

oss-fuzz/projects/zlib/compress_fuzzer.c

Lines 63 to 64 in ab2a415

	if (size < 10 || size > 1024 * 1024)
	return 0;
