setup regarding option --lenient-tag-lookup

Hi, I really like gollum, and use a lot of it! thank you in advanced.

I run the gollum in command:
gollum --no-edit --lenient-tag-lookup --page-file-dir wiki
without config.rb file, and wiki is sub-folder for wiki root folder.

I have tag link [[sei]] in another page (at /test.md) to /2-chains/sei/sei.md

and sei.md page here: http://107.175.44.199:4567/2-chains/sei/sei.md

But it seems not working, it does not search file name globally? neither some other tag links, can you please have a look what I did wrong?

I found the problem could be the sub folders in the repository root folder, i have two folders in root, and the main wiki folder is "wiki". If I remove "--page-file-dir wiki", the links can work, don't know yet why. anyway it is fixed. thank you!
