In order to support license checking, we need:

  1. trivy does support license checking natively so far
  2. define the data spec for license checking
  3. trivy-adapter has to be adjusted to implement and render data returned by trivy as license checking result
  4. Harbor has to define/create schema for database to store license checking result data returned by trivy-adapter
