Adding Personalized Project window Feature to Harbor Registry
Issue Description:

Currently, Harbor Registry does not offer users the ability to filter and view projects they have created or are members of when they log in. The default behavior of displaying all public, proxycache and private projects can be overwhelming for users who manage multiple projects, making it challenging for them to quickly access the projects most relevant to their needs.

Request Details:

We need to develop a feature that enables personalized project filtering within the Harbor Registry application. This feature would enable users to easily filter and display only the projects they have created or are members of. By doing so, it would significantly enhance the usability and efficiency of Harbor Registry.

Desired Functionality:

Personalized Project Filtering: Users should be able to filter the project list upon login, displaying only the projects they have created or are a part of, rather than showing the entire list of public, proxycache and private projects.

User-Friendly Interface: The filtering should be easy to use and fit nicely into the way the app looks and feels, so it's easy and comfortable for users.

Impact and Rationale:

The proposed feature would have a substantial positive impact on user satisfaction and productivity within Harbor Registry. It addresses a common pain point for users managing multiple projects and aligns with the goal of improving the overall user experience.
