Wiki: Fix link to GKeyFile format

In the Wiki page Dedicated Server » Configuration, the link associated with the GKeyFile format should be edited to point to the old GLib documentation:

https://developer-old.gnome.org/glib/unstable/glib-Key-value-file-parser.html#glib-Key-value-file-parser.description

The current link points to the new (GLib 2) API documentation, which doesn't provide the intended GKeyFile format description:

http://library.gnome.org/devel/glib/unstable/glib-Key-value-file-parser.html#glib-Key-value-file-parser.description

As you can see from the target anchor in the link, that anchor is still present in the suggest link replacement (pointing to "Desciption" section) but is absent in the new documentation.

That sounds like a deficiency in gi-docgen? The documentation is still available in the source (in glib/gkeyfile.c).
