Add hotkey that hides all plugin windows when held

A configurable hotkey that hides all plugin windows while it's being held down would make clicking stuff in the game that is currently behind plugin windows a lot easier.

As an additional option, it might also make sense to have this as a toggle instead of only hiding windows when the hotkey is being held down.
