I would be greate if there were version designed with PyWin32 WindowService Framework.

I don't use Windows at all so I'm not very interested in implementing this feature. A code contribution is welcome.

Another option would be to use the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL). I'm working on getting it going right now, but hitting speedbumps with SSL.
