Inline images before message instead after #1231

Currently, Glowing Bear displays the inline images above the message instead of below which is misleading because users think that the image is related to the previous message.

Other web clients, such as IRCCloud and TheLounge display them after the actual message.

And I'd love to know how to code to do such PR.
Unfortunately the Coder in my username is because PeGaSuS was already taken 🤣
