Building docker image from https://github.com/gitpod-io/openvscode-releases from dockerfile fails because it fails to download the github releases as it the url is wrong because of wrong release name getting parsed.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Build docker Image with dockerfile available at https://github.com/gitpod-io/openvscode-releases
