can't open local folder on my Macbook or iPad / Deploy OpenVSCode Server to AWS EC2 #523

i install everything according to Deploy OpenVSCode Server to AWS EC2.
Everything works fine.

I open OpenVSCode Server in the browser, but I can't open the local folders on my machine.
Happen on both macBook and iPad.

Is this the by design or is this a bug?
