TIP (note, warning, etc) + List = Reset list back to 1. #1802

I'm trying to place a TIP like this:

text

and then add a list of steps, 1,2 ,3 and so on
and between those steps add more TIP (or notes or warning, etc).

but the result is that after every TIP the order reset back to 1.
