Hi @ALRubinger, unfortunately the Google Drive API doesn't return an URL for InlineImage but a Blob and there's currently no way to declare a base64 image in Asciidoctor.

I filled an issue in Asciidoctor asciidoctor/asciidoctor#986 to be able to export image as base64. The other option is to manually declare the image URL in the Google Doc (just before or after the image), something like:

image::http://design.jboss.org/shrinkwrap/logo/images/shrinkwrap_icon_64px.png
// image
