Bug Report

Environment

Zola version: 0.18.0

Expected Behavior

When creating a link to a section, it refers to the same page:

[section link](#section)

<a href="#section>example section</a>

Current Behavior

The link refers to the permalink#section:

<a href="https://example.com/#section>example section</a>
