Allow record panic arg manually #239

Currently I send it this way:

raven.CapturePanicAndWait(func() {
   panic(r)
}, nil, nil)

Because I have my own handler which also log the panic to the stdout etc.
If I let handle it only by raven (CapturePanicAndWait) It's not possible.
