Make "History" optional #92

Hello,

it would be nice if the "History" could be disabled alltogether.

I found a temporary fix. Simply comment out the following section in /themes/learn2/css-compiled/theme.css, as shown:

/* 
      #sidebar ul li.visited > a .read-icon {
        color: #1694CA;
        display: inline; }
 */

This will get rid of the check marks.
