Where should the content be modified?

https://github.com/geomstats/geomstats/tree/master/notebooks

What should be modified?

The notebooks names should be reorganized by type.

Now for example:
17_foundations__stratified_spaces.ipynb
19_practical_methods__aac.ipynb

A possible solution:
foundations_1
foundations_2
[...]
practical_methods_1
practical_methods_2
