ENH: duplicate column names in gpkg are suffixed with e.g. ":1", which is a bit weird? #514

This is normal, as this is default (undocumented) behaviour of sqlite, but maybe it would be better if it would be suffixed with "_1"?

Problem is that we don't want to change existing columns names, so might be a bit of a mess to implement this, and not worth the trouble?

Or write a warning?

PS: ArcMap gives issues on column names with ":"...
