The Percelen overlay uses a old url and does not load #169

The percelen overlay still uses the https://geodata.nationaalgeoregister.nl/ URLs and gives error 410

if your go to this url you get the following message

Kadastrale Kaart V4 uit productie
De Kadastrale Kaart V4 is per 2 mei 2024 uit productie. V5 staat nu live.
