Example calibration not working by default #3

The calibration example is not working by default because of the following issues:

  • ofApp member testing is uninitialized (happened to be true, even in debug mode), seems to be the case with the calibration example with OpenNI drivers as well.
  • VS solution is not configured correctly (dependency USB lib not found). A workaround is to re-create the solution with the OF project generator
