Currently we imply this is just solicitors - however other people appear to be able to do this.
https://www.gov.scot/publications/information-signing-powers-councillors-scotland/pages/4/ suggests that in Scotland counsellors can do this
Have also heard that magistrates may be able to do this if you go to the magistrates court
Are there any disadvantages to using these approaches?
