1. Add note on possible reduction of libido to "occasionally, people experience" section
2. Add potential body hair changes (see https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7356977/)
3. Add a "why I might NOT want to take" section that includes reduction in libido and citations about this effect, along with finasteride not having an effect on certain types of baldness, side effects including possible psychiatric effects around suicidality, not having 100% effectiveness, and because of balding already having set in enough that a hair replacement system is a better option, and possible use in nonbinary hormone regimes (see https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7356977/)
