Update PyPI version #19

The current PyPI version (1.6.1) fails every time:

  File "/home/makeworld/.local/pipx/venvs/iagitup/lib/python3.9/site-packages/iagitup/__main__.py", line 48, in main
    iagitup.check_ia_credentials()
AttributeError: module 'iagitup' has no attribute 'check_ia_credentials'

Installing 1.7 from GitHub works fine.
