Acceptance Criteria

Given:
A campaign is successfully completed (campaign status is "Success")
and
A collectible has been assigned to a Contributor

When:
A Contributor claims a collectible

Then:
A collectible must be sent to a Contributor's wallet
and
A fee amount must be deducted from a Contributor's balance
