Label position for best responses

The labels for the best responses should be next to the
line segments where they are actually best responses. In
the right (blue) picture in

for example, the label "d" should be on the left and "c"
on the right (hopefully readable). If a strategy is never
a best response, then it must of course be written
underneath the line, I would suggest in the middle.
