There was a metadata.py file with a script for updated repositories metadata(# of stars, forks etc.).
The idea is to rewrite it to F#.

This file is outdated and it's better to rewrite it in F# then fixing current implementation in python.

Do we really need that metadata? Looks kinda noisy.
