link to how to use bench when installed

I can't figure out how to use the bench command after installing this script. It states that bench command doesn't exist. When going into the frappe_docker folder. Could you show a few examples of how to run the bench command and access the bench functions? There are many containers. I'm not the only one who doesn't know how to use it based on the docker install, as al tut's are for the standalone version.
