I do not see an export "export everything" menu option.
I see only "export selection" and that triggers warning flags with me, because how does selection work? You can't box drag in the view (and will that select occluded objects and small objects), and if you have an extremely long tree how do you know you've selected the last item (and will collapsed items be included)?
This is a viewer/converter, is it not? If it tries to be something else, it's going to have a very long development time catching up to other software which have had decades to invent various selection methods and tree operations.

The best workaround for "export all" is to select the document root(s) in the Model tree:
What's confusing is that nothing appears selected in the 3D view, because such current selection contains only a "Document" item and not an entity node.
Notice this behavior is intended, and seems to be reconsidered.
