Ian Chivers mentioned that Fujitsu has a compiler at https://fortran-lang.discourse.group/t/which-compilers-are-available-for-ci-with-github-hosted-runners-all-but-nagfor/7554/12.

Fujitsu has a brochure https://www.fujitsu.com/downloads/SUPER/primehpc-fx1000-soft-en.pdf saying they have Fortran 2018 compiler.

Perplexity.ai says the following, which I have not verified. It cites the pdf above.

"Fujitsu currently offers a Fortran compiler as part of their Fujitsu Development Studio software.

The Fujitsu Fortran compiler supports the following Fortran standards:
ISO/IEC 1539-1:2018 (Fortran 2018 standard)
ISO/IEC 1539-1:2010 (Fortran 2008 standard)
ISO/IEC 1539-1:2004, JIS X 3001-1:2009 (Fortran 2003 standard)
ISO/IEC 1539-1:1997, JIS X 3001-1:1998 (Fortran 95 standard)
Fortran 90 and Fortran 77 standards

The Fujitsu Fortran compiler runs on the PRIMEHPC FX1000 supercomputer platform, which is based on the Fujitsu A64FX ARM processor.

The compiler can also run in a cross-compilation mode on PRIMERGY servers."
