Steps to reproduce

Open Forkgram
Try to do anything and see the loading cursor

Expected behaviour

No Lags and no stuttering as in the Flutter Version of Telegram

Actual behaviour

The loading cursor appears and the App Lags for 1-2 Minutes

Operating system

MacOS with M1

Version of Telegram Desktop

4.3.1

Static binary from official website

Oh I'm sorry, I'm afraid my current builds on macOS are x86_64 only. =(
