Copy page not working for all templates

Problem description

When want to copy page, it will copy only page with template, which is set as "Default" in theme templates. For others copying is not functional.

When theme template has presents some blocks, then copying page will duplicate each block and then it is placed twice.

Steps to reproduce

On FORK CMS demo page you can try to copy page which has not set template with "Default" option.

Expected behavior / Proposed solution

Copy page should work for all templates and after copying there should not be duplicated presets blocks.
