第六章配置问题

spring.cloud.config.uri= http://localhost:8888/ 该参数不能修改
经查，需要新建一个bootstrap.properties文件，在其中添加
spring.cloud.config.uri= http://localhost:8888/ 并修改。
经测试，有效。这是什么原因产生的？
