How to set Audio Output Device for web?

I am not able to retrieve the The setSinkId method(https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/HTMLMediaElement/setSinkId) on my audio tags and thus not able to select an output device . I cannot use RTCVideoRenderer.audioOutput as suggested in the example as I have Html Audio elements for audio in my implementation. Anything around how to set up the sinkId or any alternatives would be a great help.
